Gert-Jan Huizer,
Vice President, Product Marketing & Portfolio Management
Gert-Jan is responsible for managing the international voice portfolio of iBasis from evaluating new products to bringing new solutions and services to the market.
Gert-Jan brings to iBasis more than 14 years of experience in telecommunications and new business and product development for the European communications market. Formerly, he was Managing Director and VP Portfolio Management of KPN Global Carrier Services. Since 2000, Gert-Jan has held a variety of business and marketing positions within KPN including managing KPN’s national wholesale product portfolio.
Gert-Jan received a degree in Business Administration (MS) at the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University). He has also completed the Program for Executive Development at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
