Origination and Termination
  To ensure that we deliver the highest quality service, the following minimum requirements must be met to qualify as an iBasis Termination Partner or Origination Customer.

 
     
  Terminating Partners Originating Customers
PSTN Connectivity Minimum of 30 ports (analog) or 60 ports (digital) of PSTN capacity For TDM interconnects, sufficient capacity to carry traffic you expect to send to iBasis
IP Connectivity

11.2 Kbps per DS0 (384K per E1) of Tier One Internet bandwidth required (512 Kbps per E1 preferred)
