Deloitte & Touche's nationwide Fast 500 Rising Star
program. The Rising Star program ranks the country's
fastest-growing technology companies based on three-year
revenue growth. With revenue growth of 15,189% from
1997 to 1999, Deloitte & Touche ranked iBasis as the
sixth fastest-growing technology company among all Rising
Stars in the United States and Canada. In September

and fax traffic over The iBasis Network, including 10
of the top 20 global carriers, 11 of the top 12 US-based

qualify as a Deloitte & Touche Fast 500 Rising Star,
a company must be headquartered in the U.S. or Canada,
have been in business a minimum of three years, with
1997 operating revenue of at least $50,000 and 1999
operating revenue of at least $1 million. It must be

of the company's operating revenues; manufactures a
