iBasis CEO to Discuss Company's Profitability and Growth at KBRO Conference

BURLINGTON, MASS. - February 6, 2006 - iBasis, Inc. (OTCBB: IBAS), a leader in international long distance, VoIP, and prepaid calling cards, today announced that company President and CEO Ofer Gneezy will discuss the company's return to profitability and record revenues and gross profit, as well as the continuing growth opportunities in international communications services at the Kaufman Brothers, LP Second Annual West Coast Investment Conference in San Francisco on Tuesday, February 7, 2006.
