Advisory Systems, Inc. To Use PriceInteractive's Call
Management™ Solutions to Support DocTalk Service

MD, September 28, 1999 - Medical Advisory Systems,
Inc. (MAS) (AMEX - DOC), today announced that the
Company has signed an agreement with PriceInteractive
to utilize their IVR technology for MAS' DocTalk service
(www.doctalk.com).
Under the agreement, PriceInteractive will provide
its Call Management solutions to track and forward
calls to the DocTalk physicians.
DocTalk, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Medical
Advisory Systems, Inc., is a telephone-based, pay-per-call
medical information service. It enables consumers
to receive answers to their medical and health-related
questions directly over the phone from a licensed
physician, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for a
nominal fee. MAS also enjoys a strategic relationship
with AmericasDoctor.com, one of only four anchor tenants
on the America Online (AOL) health page. Through an
exclusive "Call Center Agreement," MAS doctors,
located at the Company's Owings, MD Call Center, provide
real-time, online "chats" between the doctors
and AmericasDoctor.com users via the Internet. Consumers
can access the pay-per-call service via a "click-through"
hyperlink from AmericasDoctor.com to the DocTalk Web
site.
