The iBasis Network
  The iBasis Network delivers more than two billion minutes per month of high quality call termination to fixed and mobile networks in more than 100 countries. Carriers customers take advantage of our global infrastructure, patented quality management technology, sophisticated back office systems and our connections to 1,000 other carriers and more than 100 mobile networks to oursource some or all of their international calls to achieve higher efficiency in their international operations. The iBasis Network is a Cisco Powered Network and also features a distributed session border controller architecture utilizing NexTone equipment and transcoding technology from Digium/Asterisk.

 
     

Consisting of fully interoperable, high-capacity carrier-grade Internet Central Offices (ICOs) and Internet Branch Offices (IBOs), The iBasis Network is monitored and managed in its entirety from the iBasis Network Operations Centers (NOCs) in Burlington, Massachusetts, Hilversum, Holland and Hong Kong.

For quality on a par with - and often exceeding - that of PSTN services, The iBasis Network utilizes patented quality monitoring and management technology, including iBasis Assured Quality Routing (AQR) and PathEngine.
